Was een 🆗 boek waarbij Han Solo & Leia en de kids Jaden, Jacen en Anakin plus Chewie de prominente rol hebben.Luke & Lando beetje als side kicks optreden en C3PO & R2D2 niet of nauwelijks een rol spelen. 

Wat ik interessant vond dat je meer te weten komt over de Corellian Sector.

Mara Jade komt in dit boek voor is ook altijd leuk :). Maar zit ook wat Funky stuff in dat je denkt hmm ;)

Nu begonnen aan het 2e boek van de Corellia Trilogie - Assault on Selonia (2/3)

Nadat we naar de film Mandalorian & Grogu zijn geweest had ik best een teleurstellend gevoel over hoe Star Wars de laatste jaren zich heeft ontwikkeld m.u.v. film Rogue One, deze had echt de Star Wars vibe. Een tijd geleden had ik me aardig al ingelezen in de nieuwe Canon boeken maar na een paar boeken (Star Wars: Aftermath trilogy van Chuck Wendig, Lost Stars & Bloodline van Claudia Grey) begon hier ook de teleurstelling toe te slaan het pakte me niet meer zoals het vroeger was.

Maar omdat ik toch graag weer eens Star Wars wil lezen heb ik me nu gefocust op Legends (Expanded Universe). De boeken reeks van 1976 - 2012 die plots aan de kant werd geschoven door Lucas film en de sticker Legends kreeg.

Het is eerste boek wat ik gelezen heb is: Shadows of The Empire 

Tijdperiode: Tussen Empire Strikes Back en Return of the Jedi.

Tot nu toe geeft mij het lezen van Legends/Expanded Universe boeken mij wel weer plezier in het lezen van Star Wars want het brengt wel weer die oude Star Wars vibe van vroeger naar boven die ik wel miste als Star Wars fan en Ja ! er zijn ook hele slechte Legends boeken geschreven maar die lezen we gewoon niet. 😋 😎
