Publish 28 Hotfix 2

Professions:

* Bounty Hunter:
o You can no longer launch droids from your toolbar without having a bio-signature
o The Set Bounty window is no longer so small that it cuts off the min/max indicators
o Bounty Check now correctly identifies if a player has a bounty
* Entertainer:
o Players once again able to start the Theater Manager's quest
o Inspiration buff timers are again at the pre-publish 28 durations

Respec:

* When you respec to/from a trader or entertainer your level is now correctly stored. The respec system will now remember your progression through trader, entertainer, and combat professions independently.
* Players that have not logged in since before the NGE will no longer lose skill levels when choosing Trader or Entertainer as their profession

Quests:

* What Happened to Donovan? The quest giver is no longer indecisive, he will only give you one waypoint instead of two
* What Happened to Donovan? Donovan now appears in his proper place
* Crash and Burn Part 2: The waypoint to the Deflarian camp will no longer stay active after completing the quest

General Game Fixes:

* Players can more easily identify the Respec NPC's who are now called Profession Counselors
* The Proprietors of the Mos Eisley Cantina have had some of the Bossks removed for disrupting business
* The sands of the beaches of Kadaara are now back to the Galactic resort standards (textures fixed)
* Heavy X-wings once again have the correct acceleration/deceleration
* You no longer lose ground experience in space
* Elite NPCs will no longer drop Krayt Pearls
