info is helaas moelijk te vinden van de level 5 raid maar dit is wet ik kon vinden op eq2 forum
You get them from the Royal Accountant in Qeynos Harbor (don't know who in Freeport, but whoever it is gives out the same raids so the info is good for both). I've done up to the level 15 one and they all require a group of 6-12. At least one person in the group must have quest, but everyone can take quest if they like -- it completes when you zone in.
Level 5: in valley just north of Stormhold in Antonica. Click on the rocks at the end of the path to enter. 3 groups of mobs, primarily level 17.

die zie ik nogal weinig in een jaar, vandaar.
doch ik dacht daar onbeveiligd wireless internetaccesspoints te vinden.
maar nee dus.
