Basicly you get Guild XP from Doing Writs, Turning in Reverse Writs to the Propor NPCs(things of interest to Fighter Guilds and such), Killing Certain Named Epic x4, and Doing HQs. The Guild XP earned is by a single player is devided by the number of Accounts in a guild, with a Min diviser of 6 and max of 24. If 1 account has 10 alts in your guild they still only count as 1. While having someone that does not do writs regularly may slow your lvling some(remember they are probly still turning in the Reverse Writs) the best way to lvl is to get your guild together and do Kill writs as a group its lots of fun and gives you something to do as a guild. If you have enough High lvl players starting to Raid also helps your guild lvl.

en deze links is wel handig
