Each item listed below represents a garage and therefore each represents a $50 daily mechanic fee.

Items marked with an * indicate that these garages (and $50 fees) are not optional and will come with the purchase of the associated property.

A dual charge exists in the case of the Casino Penthouse garage. Refer to the Casino Penthouse section for details.

Vehicle Warehouse* (Special case, this one. It's not listed when viewing your selection of garages as it's not a personal garage no personal vehicle can be stored here, however a $50 mechanic fee applies to this property. This, however, is the only daily fee associated with owning a Vehicle Warehouse)

Hangar* (again, does not come up on your garage list as it's a hangar, obviously, but a $50 mechanic fee nonetheless applies to this property regardless of whether or not you've purchased the aircraft workshop).

There is no mechanic fee for using a Terrorbyte to garage the Oppressor MKII.

There is no mechanic fee for having a Mobile Operations Center with the Personal Vehicle Storage interior selected.

Mooi overzichtelijk lijstje zo, en je moet MC echt uitzetten als je AFK gaat!! Die kost best veel geld

Uiteraard MC, CEO of VIP uitzetten als je AFK gaat, scheelt kosten maar ook weinig tot geen kans tot raids op je businesses door gangs of politie. Maar dat weet ik van jou.

Maar is het zinvol 8 uren realtime en dus 10 dagen GTA (10x48min) AFK te zijn?
Wat kost het, wat levert het op in mijn geval?

Even snel een rekensommetje 10 GTA dagen (8 uren realtime) onder voorbehoud:

GTA$ 44.250 aan kosten voor ontroerend goed en personeel.
(Mits ik weer mezelf CEO of MCP maakt om toegang te krijgen tot computers, dan komen er zo twee kosten bij voor kantoor en bunker, resp. GTA$ 9600 en GTA$ 4700 [per 48 minuten])

GTA$ 50.000 winst in kluis Arcade, namelijk 5000 credits per GTA dag.
GTA$ 20.000 winst voor goed gedrag, namelijk 2000 credits per GTA dag.
GTA$ 1000 tot 70.000 winst uit kluis Nightclub, al naar gelang populariteit en promotie ervan.

GTA$ 3000 tot 5000 winst voor het stelen en verkopen van een auto.
GTA$ 1000 tot 9000 winst als je een bounty op je hoofd hebt, deze vanzelf int, omdat je al die tijd in de Arcade zit.

GTA$ 30.000 tot 400.000 winst uit verkoop van goederen vanuit de Nachtclub, na afloop van die 10 GTA dagen.

Ik ben vast nog wel wat vergeten, vermoed ik?
Een gewone missie heb ik dan nog niet gedaan, wat ook winst oplevert, om bijvoorbeeld de dagelijkse kosten te dekken?
