Selected servers are now open for the Free Character Transfer Service. This allows you to move your characters to identified destination servers for a better overall gameplay experience. Origin and destination servers are selected based on player populations. Read more details below and check to see if your server is open for transfers.

By taking advantage of the Free Character Transfer Service today, you will earn an exclusive in-game pet, the Gannifari, and 25 Black Hole Commendations to help purchase high level gear. If you already have characters on a qualifying server (including destination servers), then you get rewarded too!

25 BLACK HOLE COMMENDATIONS

Take on enemies equipped in high level gear purchased with these commendations!

Both rewards are granted to any character that meets the following criteria:
•Your character(s) must be on a qualifying server (including destination servers) and your account must be active by July 30, 2012 at 11:59 PM CDT / July 31, 2012 at 4:59AM GMT.
•Your account must not be banned.

The rewards will be sent via in-game mail by August 7, 2012 at 11:59PM CDT / August 8, 2012 at 4:59PM GMT.

To qualify for the Free Character Transfer Service, a player must have a character on one of the selected origin servers and must meet the following requirements:
•Your account must not be banned.
•The character being transferred cannot be a guild master; they must either resign as master or demote themselves to a lower guild rank to be transferred (guild ranking and status will not be transferred).
