Frostfell

- The Gigglegibber ballot counter will now progress any players who are stuck on his task for the quest "Unlocking the Elfin Lord."
- Gift boxes now drop off monsters instead of chests for the holidays.
- If you didn't pick up your present from The Grump, take a look around the Frostfell Elves in Qeynos Harbor or West Freeport to claim it.

Gameplay

- NPCs (including pets) will again have the opportunity to proc effects in melee combat.

Quests

- The Monk subclass quest will now advance properly after getting the water.
- The final part of the Freeport armor quests now requires different targets.

Items

- The stats on some of the subclass armor quest rewards have been improved.
- Vemerik's Ring of Gallantry can again be worn by Scouts.
