Thank you for your inquiry. I was not able to locate a valid Turbine account with the information provided. I believe that the account you are looking for was a Codemasters account that was not migrated to Turbine during the migration period in 2011.

I apologize, but Turbine is no longer able to assist you with any part of the migration process. We no longer have any ability to assist with any former European accounts, characters, or information and no longer have access to the non-migrated accounts or previous payment information.
In accordance to EU privacy laws, when Turbine took over operations for LOTRO EU on June 1, 2011, you had to directly choose to share your information with us. In order to access any part of your European account, you had to migrate your LOTRO subscription from Codemasters to the Turbine Global Service. Communication was sent by both Codemasters and, when available to us, Turbine to the email address on your Codemasters account. There were also announcements on both websites and forums. The process was available from 5/31/2011 until 11/9/2011 for all players with LOTRO accounts with Codemasters, and all players were subject to the same limitations and time deadlines. Please note that banned accounts were not eligible for transfer.
Again, I apologize, but I am unable to assist with recovering any upgrades, characters, or subscriptions on any accounts that were not migrated.

Ik zit nu te lezen over "Epic Battles" wat geintroduceerd is bij Helmsdeep en werkt ongeveer hetzelfde als in Guildwars 2.

Epic Battles

The Battle for Helm’s Deep utilizes a new feature called Character Upscaling. When you join an instance in the Battle for Helm’s Deep we scale your character’s stats and skills to level 95. Your equipment is scaled as well, with the level differential between you and the equipment being maintained through the upscaling.
With everyone now being the same level, 95, groups can be assembled from anyone on the server available to play. While an upscaled 95 will be less powerful than a true 95, through the Medals system they will still be able to meaningfully contribute.
Each instance in the Battle for Helm’s Deep has a solo option by default. The solo option allows two players to be in the instance together, but does not increase its difficulty when the second player joins. Select instances of the battle will also feature certain group sizes as options, either 3, 6, or 12. The group version is a completely different space from the solo and has been handcrafted to be suitable for that player count.

Characters "upscaled" will be brought up to level 95 in stats. Their gear will also be brought up, with level differential maintained. From there, they are free to engage in combat or utilize any of the mechanics within. They will likely be better at support style roles, but nothing prevents them from stepping out onto the front line. The Promotions advancement system is level agnostic, so they’re free to rank up and get better at the various roles as they improve and level.
