COMPANIONS

The following is a known list of the companions, some of these are yet to be shown on the offical fourm list but have been mentioned in interviews and hands on by media:

* Jedi Knight

* T7-01 - Droid - Surveillance, cartography and data slicing
* Jedi Consular

* Qyzen Fess - Trandoshan - DPS

* Smuggler

Bowdaar - Wookiee - DPS/Tank

* Sith Warrior

* Vette - Twi'lek - DPS/Support
* Sith Inquisitor

* Khem Val - Dashade - Tank
* Xalek - Kaleesh - DPS
* Bounty Hunter

* Mayko - Human - Support
* Imperial Agent

* Kaliyo Djannis - Rattataki - DPS/Assasin

* Every class will have more than three but less than ten companions - SWTOR-Station
* Quote: You have to consider companions separately from your class, so they aren't heavily impacted by the Advanced Class you take. - Darth Hater
* You do not set up tatics as such for companions but they can be set to do a specific role via kits. So you may have a tanking kit or a healer kit or a DPS kit - Darth Hater
* Alex Freed: Can customize companion via equipment similar to Mass Effect; one companion out at a time, and your player name is in your companion's nameplate - Gamespot

* Note: All classes have companions but you do not have to use them if you do not wish too. - Bioware/Holonet

* There are currently no restrictions on where a companion can be use in TOR - AskaJedi
* Companions are summoned and dismissed at will using the 'Summon Companion' command - Darth Hater

* If grouped with friends, their companions will also interact with you during dialogue scenes as you talk to others - PC Gamer UK April 2010
* If you play a Force class you can get a companion as an Apprentice - Darth Hater
* You can NOT allocate your companions abilities or talent points - PC Games

Nieuwtje: Je kan ook compagnions verliezen tijdens het spelen. Vermoedelijk door de keuzes die je maakt in jouw story (not confirmed)
