De trader revamp wordt niet door gevoerd in chapter 4 - Helios - dev SWG had het volgende te zeggen over de traders:
Based on your feedback, we're now looking more towards creating a new economy for crafters, instead of changing the crafting system itself. It's just a different approach to the same basic problem. The problem being that combat class gameplay was fundamentally changed with the NGE while the crafting class game was not. The trick is properly aligning the crafting game with the combat game so that neither side feels cheated. We can't go back to how crafting was pre-nge - i.e crafters having a monopoly on the item economy due to no loot drops and high decay rates. Aside from the fact that that wouldn't be fair for the combat professions, it seems like that's not what most crafters want either. At the end of the day, everyone just wants to have a meaningful role. Keep an eye on the trader forums, which is where I'll most likely make a post with more details in the coming days.
Om heel eerlijk te zijn, en niet alleen vanuit mijn standpunt als medic en commando :whistle: ben ik hier blij mee. Hoe meer tijd ze voor de Traders nemen deste beter. En tegelijkertijd is er ook weer wat balance in de hele combat 🙂
