Landiin (xml guru), SaintPeter (site php) and myself (site php) have added the ability to filter POI's while in game. You will notice a plus sign in the upper left corner of each map. If you click the plus sign a menu will drop down allowing you to select what POI's to show for the zone you are in.

Also with this update are major changes to the plug-in system and skinning system. Landiin will be posting details on this in the eq2map forums soon. Currently the updater is set to overwrite all files so those that update to the new eq2map dont have trouble. In about a weeks time we will set the patcher to only update the skinning files if its missing from the folder.
