This is all supposition on my part but I don't think it takes a brain surgeon to work out there will be no officially sanctioned rollback of servers. Nor will it come as a surprise to many when the Hoth expansion is announced shortly. As I see it there are only two possible big announcements new expansion or end of game. I don't think we have hit end game yet but the next expansion is make or break. It is the last throw of the dice. Roll back isn't an option.
Why do I think it'll be Hoth ? The time line is to be nudged forward according to TH. If they are a nudging it forward and sticking to the "Iconic" theme then it is a no brainer that Hoth is the next big thing.
Hoth lets them address there two biggest holes at present GCW and PvP. Hoth will be a PvP planet and will allow for vehicular combat for the first time. I predict a launch date of April 25th.
All active subscribers on April 18 will receive a free digital download of the expansion. The starter pack will be no longer available after that date and will instead be part of the Empire Strikes Back - The Battle for Hoth (with a new price tag of $34.99).

nu word pvp zo goed als altijd gewonnen door de partij die een faction recruiter in de buurt heeft.
ach, mij lijkt het wel wat
als het gratis is dan zeker complimenten aan SOE (alhoewel het eigenlijk gek is dat je voor content zou moeten betalen :/)
Boeit me niet of ik moet betalen voor expansion, maar ik zou graag een hoop gamers terug zien in swg.
Dan zal SOE/LA toch over de brug komen met iets waarmee ze die players terug kunnen krijgen.
Het enige wat na de release van NGE is gebeurt zijn wat fixes hier en daar maar verder is er nog niks gebeurt.
Een goeie content met een expansion zou wel gewaardeerd worden 🙂
